Arianit Osmani

Arianit Osmani was born in Kosovo and graduated from the University of Prishtina Faculty of Law in Kosovo.  During his law school studies, Mr. Osmani participated in distinguished moot court competitions including Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration (Vienna, Austria) and the Balkan Case Challenge in (Vienna, Austria).  Before moving to the US, Mr. Osmani worked as a consultant and expert on institutional capacity building with focus on rule of law, public policy and legal and judicial reform initiatives.

Mr. Osmani is the recipient of the most prestigious graduate fellowship in Kosovo—the Kosovo American Education Fund (KAEF)—awarded to only one candidate in the field of law.  Mr. Osmani earned his Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC.  During his studies at the Washington College of Law Mr. Osmani was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award and was selected Vice President of the LL.M. Board.

Mr. Osmani has experience in assisting clients of different professional backgrounds such as engineers, doctors and researchers in immigration related matters, including EB1, NIW, TN Visas and Labor Certification petitions and has assisted employees in legal matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, or retaliation based on gender, pregnancy, race, age, disability, religion and whistleblower retaliation. Mr. Osmani is also experienced in regulatory compliance as it relates to the banking industry.
